If passed, the bill will give school districts around $2 billion from the &lt;a href="http://idaho.travelbn.com/" title="Idaho Travel Blog -Things to do Places to see">state&lt;/a>'s surplus.  Most districts across the &lt;a href="http://idaho.travelbn.com/" title="Idaho Travel Blog -Things to do Places to see">state&lt;/a> are taxing property owners close to $1.50 per $100, which is the maximum amount allowed by the state.
